A community architect for the DMV founder ecosystem.

I build rooms, products, and cooperative economics for purpose-driven founders. Eleven years inside Big Four consulting and Fortune 500 finance. Now, the architect.

Who

Christopher Caldwell.

I design the rooms, products, and cooperative economics that let purpose-driven founders build without breaking.

After eleven years inside Big Four consulting and Fortune 500 finance, I left to build a different kind of infrastructure. One that treats the builder with the same care the building gets.

Harmoniq Solutions is the parent company. Food for Thought is the community anchor: capped at 24, licensed practitioner in the room, once a month for twelve months. From the dinner flows Mansa, a men's wellness platform currently in closed beta, a vetted talent bridge for founders, and a corridor intelligence tool for the road warriors.

The work is peer-level and institutional. Partners include CDFIs, health systems with community benefit mandates, and economic development agencies across the DMV.

Work

What I build, why it works.

The Room
