How I handle your data.

This is a plain-language notice. If you want the formal version, email me at admin@harmoniqsolution.com and I will send it.

What I collect.

If you accept the analytics banner: basic, anonymous usage data. Pages you visit on this site, approximate region, device type, and which links you click. No names, no emails, no cross-site tracking.

If you decline the banner: nothing is collected by analytics. Your visit is private.

If you submit the inquiry form or the Mansa access modal: the name, email, and message you voluntarily provide. That draft is sent through your own email client to my inbox at admin@harmoniqsolution.com or foodforthoughtdmvcommunity@gmail.com.

Why I collect it.

• To see which parts of this site help founders most, and improve what does not.
• To respond to your inquiry when you reach out directly.
• To confirm your scheduled call on my Google Calendar.

What I do not do.

• I do not sell your data.
• I do not share your data with advertisers.
• I do not run third-party ad tracking on this site.
• I do not use dark patterns to coerce consent.

Your rights.

Under GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), and similar laws, you can:

• Ask what data I hold on you.
• Ask me to correct or delete it.
• Withdraw consent at any time. Decline the banner, or clear the cookie, and analytics stops immediately.
• Complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies and storage.

This site stores one item in your browser: a consent preference. That is it. If you accept analytics, the analytics provider may set its own cookies. If you decline, nothing else is stored.

Third parties I rely on.

• Cloudflare: hosts this site and protects against abuse.
• Google Calendar: when you book a call. Their privacy terms apply.
• Google Fonts: loads the typefaces on this page.
• Analytics provider (only if you accept): will be Plausible or Google Analytics depending on current setup.
